In those offices where the office energy level is high, deals are being made and negotiations are constantly going back and forth.  In this environment, Realtors can thrive and learn and their talent level and learning curve can shoot up quickly.  In offices where this is not the case, it is dreary and depressing, phones are barely ringing, Realtors are staring at the phone, or maybe they are on Facebook posting an update.  No money is being made.  It is outright depressing.
