There are so few Rent to Own/Lease Purchase opportunities in Philadelphia -- let alone in Northern Liberties. But we have one at 813 N Hancock Street. This condo is being offered for sale as a lease purchase. This amazing condo has 2,300 sq ft, 4 enormous bedrooms (very rare in Philadelphia), an even larger open-style living space, 2 large full baths, and 12' ceilings, priced at $2,500 a month, with option to purchase at the end of your lease! (Condo fees paid by owner). For more information, please contact the Somers Team. Related: Your Own Mister Rogers Neighborhood but Way Cooler (0 comments)
