You want to be where your clients are. That is the advice that Chris Somers, CEO of The Somers Real Estate Team at Remax Access in Northern Liberties believes. The younger Generation, X'ers, Y's, Baby Boomers, and even the Matures are communicating with people via social media platforms instead of meeting at the office for appointments. In this mobile world, Chris explains that mobile apps are something he embraces in his business and encourages others to follow suit. Apps and platforms such as Facebook and Twitter are of the most popular but there are thousands out there to enjoy that (0 comments)

twitter: What is Your Social Media Strategy? - 09/18/11 08:25 AM
What is Your Social Media Strategy? I was fortunate and honored that I was asked to speak on an expert panel recently at Agent Reboot Philadelphia along with Bill Lublin and Kim Wood (those guys taught me!) The difficulty that a lot of agents have as well as businesses is getting involved with social media as the question always is what is the Return on Investment (ROI) ? twitter: 12 things I learned from Jeff Turner's Presentation "Go Beyond Blogging..." at Real Estate Connect - 01/10/09 08:31 PM
Jeff Turner gave a terrific presentation at the Real Estate Connect Inman Conference on "Go Beyond Blogging - Integrate All of Your Web 2.0 Tactics" The 12 things I learned from his presentation are as follows: 1. Web 2.0 = interaction. Social networking exposes the social graph. 2. Social media is about engaging others, not selling them. 3. I should set up an account on Flickr.
