I received an email from a REALTOR today in regards to a house that had been quoted for Staging.  It seems the current owners felt that painting would be a better use of their funds for preparing the house for sale.  She had emailed to tell me that know the entire house was all of the same off-white color, and that it now had a real "vanilla feel."  This inspired a great visual for me [Thanks, Diane!]. Best Little Home Stager in Texas - Warning: Satire! - 07/01/08 09:49 AM
Recently, while doing some research on the web, I came across a local Staging company billing themselves on their website as "Largest Home Stager".  Interesting concept.  For some reason, it reminded me of my previous home, Chicago, and how every little pizza joint had "Chicago's Best Pizza" or "Chicago's #1 Pizza."  Just ask them, I guess.  Don't get me wrong - the number one thing I miss about the windy city is the food.  And having more options than Pizza Hut or Papa John's for your pizza tastes was wonderful.  Variety is the spice of life, right?  Any ways, I digress.
