One of the concerns or questions that always comes up with my new Staging Diva students is:What do I do if the house looks so great when I get there that there is nothing for me to recommend?Trust me, that won’t happen! Every house has something that needs to be moved around, removed or added before it goes on the market.The beautiful room seen here, looked very similar before they implemented my changes. In fact this million dollar property located about 90 minutes outside of the city, was filled with beautiful furniture already. But a lot of it wasn’t optimally arranged.One … (2 comments)

The Staging Diva refers first project in Johannesburg, South Africa - 10/01/06 11:56 AM
This week I was able to refer my first home staging project in South Africa to my Graduate in Johannesburg. She just completed the Staging Diva Home Staging Training Program 8 weeks ago, and next Friday she's meeting with her first client, a project I found for her because of my two home staging websites (www.stagingdiva.com and www.sixelements.com).
The client works for a very prominent Johannesburg company which will undoubtedly lead to future projects for Janice, my graduate there. It's also an expensive home that's been on the market for some time with no offers. So, it will be a great "success … (2 comments)
