Well the answer is Yes. That would Be a USDA loan. For the time being they do not have score over lays that require a 620 to even be considered. However in practical application 580 is about the lowest that you can get by with. These loans are not available everywhere and have some restrictions so it is important to talk to a mortgage professional to get up to date information.
