It was a beutiful sunny day in Carlsbad Village and a wonderful meal with a view at 264 Fresco yesterday in Carlsbad, CA. A stranger had come to town, well, actually anyone but a stranger: Brian England paid us a visit and Jeff Dowler, CRS, Sandy Padula & Norm Padula, JD, GRI and myself joined him for a long overdue ActiveRain Meetup.
