 95% LTV to 700,000.00 which requires a 720 credit score with a LP Accept.  Max debt ratio is 45%
For MI add .375 to rate or .625 if loan amount is abote 650K or seller can pay MI by adding 1.15% to up front costs.
 Max seller contribution at 95% is 3%
Todays rate is currently 6.625% with a 1 year prepayment penalty.

Today Market Info - 04/04/08 01:20 PM
hello all:
Today the current market is pretty flat in the am, a little rebound on the 10 year t-bill which has allowed us to reduce our price by a 1/4%.  I think the market will stay flat the rest of the day, but on sunday night we shall find out how the market will open on monday morning.  The market is still closed on the jumbo loans at this point and i don't see any openings in the near future for the jumbo market.
We can only hope that the investors will come back into the market in the near future.
