Early Spring Brings The Vacant Land Buyers Out In Full Force
Over the past month and a half we have seen a large influx of people looking to purchase vacant land. The interest rates on construction loan is at an all time low.If Mortgage Companies would start financing Vacant Parcels again the sales would pick up dramaticaly. But as of now the bank will only allow purchase money for land tied into a Construction Loan.
