Baldwin_park Ardsley Park's neighbor to the north of Victory Drive, Baldwin Park is truly one of my favorite Savannah neighborhoods. From Victory Drive to 40th St  to the north and bounded to the east and west by Price Street and Waters Avenue, the Baldwin Park community has seen a lot of recent revitalization. Made up of larger homes to charming Arts & Crafts style bungalows amid mature trees and landscaping Baldwin Park is truly a charming neighborhood.

Many Baldwin Park homes have already undergone restoration and more still to be done, making this neighborhood a wonderful opportunity for investment. Baldwin Park has a strong community feeling and residents seem determined to bring it back to it's original splendor.

Just about a 5 minute drive to Savannah's Historic District and Forsyth Park, definitely a neighborhood worth considering in Savannah!
