When do you need the inspection?

I am a certified Home and Mold Inspector wanting to assist you. I use the latest software and equipment. The Home inspection reports are completed and given onsite after the inspection saving you time.

The mold inspection report takes up to three days if samples are taken and sent out- of -state to the Lab if no samples are taken or needed, then it will also given onsite.

What made you decide to be a home and mold inspector?

I've noticed lately that most of my clients are always asking me the same question "what made you decide to be a home and mold inspector?" well to answer this question, I tell them that since I retired from the US Army at the age of 39. I wanted to do something totally new and exciting. I like meeting and helping people. I still have lots of years to enjoy life and wanted to give back and try meeting everyone in my community. I enjoy working and fixing up my own house and I took a lot courses at the local Home improvement store where others suggested that I become a home inspector. After awhile I went and studied a Home inspection course and then went and learned about mold sampling. Like everything I have done in life I want to be the best!

So far a few Realtors have discovered my talents and my "attention to detail" that they have decided to hide my company from other agent's in their office. Which I find as the highest honor for it shows they don't want to loose me or not have me available when they need an inspection. So I guess when you honestly want to help someone in a major transaction in their lives, it shows in your commitment and work. Hopefully some of you will call me to assist your client's and see what I mean. I take every inspection like it's my first and I like to explain my findings with the nervous clients letting them know everything is ok and what needs some TLC.
