Home sold after only 3 showings with Showhomes staging!  
Andy Wilson and Teresa Cwick of Showhomes Houston emailed me this great success story today. This home in northern Houston had been on the market for some time and was vacant. The homeowner hired Showhomes to fully stage and manage the home and we placed a really good Home Manager in the home. The home is in a neighborhood with lots of listings and homes sitting on the market for long periods. Once staged, the home sold after only 3 showings!
