Do Real Estate Auctions Get it SOLD? - 05/04/09 10:51 PM
I had the opportunity to attend two real estate auctions over the weekend. The first was a 3,000 square foot house on Temple Hills Golf Course in Franklin, TN. The second was a cottage in a very sought after neighborhood in Brentwood, TN. I understand that auctions work best for unique properties, usually those not in a subdivision. While both of the properties auctioned on Saturday were in neighborhoods, each was unique. The home in Temple Hills has golf course views from the front and back of the home. The cottage was is a well established area with little turn over. Both auctions (2 comments)
