Clarksburg Maryland Are you behind on your mortgage?Perhaps a SHORT SALE could BAIL YOU OUT! A few questions first: How much do you owe on the property? If you owe to the bank more than what your house is worth. .then you are underwater. .meaning that you can't sell your home unless you bring a lot of cash to the closing table. You may qualify for a short sale. . that is if you don't have the cash. Does anyone else have a legal ownership interest in the property? Another Short Sale Closed . . . There was not anything short about this one. All short sales have their own personalty .The time required to bring them to the closing table is longer when the agent in the other side has decided that his/her best interests are above their clients. This is about the commissions Our local board the MRIS does not allow us to post a variable commission when we are listing a short sale. I understand that we can not have "variable: commissions all over the place and commissions should be set by the listing broker accordingly to their (59 comments)

As one of Illinois largest short sale negotiators, I have the opportunity to work on hundreds of short sales. Over the last 12 months, we have averaged an approval rate of 97%. So, are we closing 9 out of tem short sales? Not even close. What’s the problem? Inept agents top the list, and the number one trouble spot is improperly executed short sale purchase contracts.
