This is one of my favorites stories to tell about short sales.
Scenario:
We were exasperated that the bank will not understand our situation.
We had a full approval to close this particular short sale but. . then we lost the buyer.
In some cases, this will happen because of the time effect from a short sale. .it just takes a long time. .
