The Annual Rolesville Christmas Parade will be Sunday, December 6th starting at 2:00pm. The parade will start at the corners of Young and Main Streets. It had to be done and, by golly, I finally did it!!! As I have posted before, I live in a tiny little town called Rolesville (just outside of Raleigh and Wake Forest). The subdivision I live in is:
That reads the Village at Rolesville.

So after all my hype of the GREAT town of Rolesville...wondering what's available for sale out there? How's this...83 homes! That's right - there are 83 wonderful homes for sale (townhomes and single family detached homes) in this special town...with 50 of them being New Construction. List prices start at $119,000. Ok I finally found my little town. If, and only if, I click on Wake County, does Active Rain FINALLY list Rolesville as a Top City. They list Five Points, which isn't even actually a city but an AREA, but they don't list Rolesville???

Ok so it has been awhile since I have bragged on my little town...please forgive me as I gush and make up for it now!
As Rolesville has been continuing to grow, we have made strong efforts to market our "little town" to neighboring communities like Raleigh and Wake Forest. Mission (1 comments)

I have been a resident of Rolesville for a little over two years now. How did it happen? A Realtor friend of mine had mentioned a Broker Open House in a certain community, The Village at Rolesville.
