What?!!!! No respect for our military in short sales - 04/13/11 06:03 PM
I can't believe it!  I had a client who put $20,000 down on a $150,000 purchase.  The market failed and we got an appraisal for $117,000 and we have a buyer for the short sale.  The private mortgage insurer wants my client to pay back $10,000 plus in a no interest rate loan with poayments for the next ten years at $86 a month.
My client is in the Air Force.  The air force eliminated his job, is sending him for training in a new field that caused him to move away from the area.  His wife will lose her employment … (2 comments)

Every so many weeks I look at homes available in Boise and try to determine the best buys in Boise real estate, Idaho.  Sometimes it is a good deal because you get so much for the square foot price.  Sometimes it is a good value for an investor to pick up and be able to rent it out easily.
Whatever the reason, I found eleven homes this times that are not short sales, so you could reasonably expect to get an answer to an offer anywhere from 4 hours to five days.  Some are bank-owned so they take longer to reply.
