The insanity of the seller's market during 2004 and 2005 has shifted to a buyer's market. In some areas of the country there has been a price correction for homes.

A key indicator of a changing market is when we start to see multiple offer situations and great investment opportunities. The lower priced homes are starting to see multiple offers again, especially with the (4 comments)

You are probably reading this and thinking I am crazy. Properties that are priced below market value are generating Multiple offers. Yes, most of them are bank owned and or short sale properties.
