Did you know that 125 closed transactions can generate approximately 1 million dollars back into your local economy? I for one have decided to start A Community Re-Investment Challenge! I am organizing a group of Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Professionals as well as Local Business Owners to try to get 125 Real Estate transactions closed in four months. To fuel this project to success the team will divide the media and marketing costs of hosting four seminars to educate our friends and neighbors about the benefits of the eight thousand dollar tax credit, FHA guidelines for financing, Understanding and repairing credit and many other topics that I feel very few capable buyers are familiar with. In addition, my company Coastline Title will be rewarding the participants that successfully achieve 5 closed transactions a month for the four month challenge term with a $500 charitable donation to the local charity of their choice.  Does this sound like a great positive Real Estate Public Relations story? Several of our local newspapers and television professionals think so! We are excited and we want all of you to get excited about turning this economy and our Industry around too! All we have to do is believe in home ownership and transfer our passion and sense of urgency along to our customers! So come on board we would love to have as many of you join us as possible!
