If you look closely at the data there is little difference in the Orange County and the Los Angeles County average days on the market. Now look a Riverside County especially in homes above $700,000 it take over (on average) 287 days to sell a home. Housing Inventory Snapshot Every month we put out a housing inventory snapshot of what is happening in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernadino Counties. It is a quick look and the flow and beat of the areas. The comparisons are not always as we think they are or should be. If you watch and compare for yourself you will find the changes of migration, of favored properties (homes or condos), and which areas are sought after the home under $600,000 or over 600,000. The same would be true for condos under $400,000 or over $400,000.
