Freehold Township Monmouth County NJ 07728 - 10/30/07 09:50 PM
Freehold Township is a place where people can raise their families, earn their living and live a great quality of life. Freehold Township is a community of several neighborhoods, all major shopping, and top-notch parks including my favorite Turkey Swamp Park.
Freehold has so much to offer.  Whether it is great schools, beautiful scenery, a reasonable commute to NYC and several single family homes are available to choose from.
Freehold Township offers plenty of quality shopping and convenient living.  The latest restraunt to open in Freehold is the Cheesecake Factory.  Freehold has seen tremendous growth over the years and enjoys a healthy real estate market.

What does $16,900,000 buy in the 07722 zip code of New Jersey.... - 10/29/07 09:21 PM

One of the prettiest farms on the East Coast.  Just 1 hr outside of NYC.
The 110 rolling acres are picturesque & include hundreds of mature specimen trees. Magnificent home, pool/guest house, 4-bay garage with 1500 sq ft of office space, on the 2nd floor & a 200 year old barn totally restored. A wealth of equestrian facilities exist in the back half of the property, located beyond the park- like front acreage that is also planted with a select mix of pasture grasses. Equestrian facilities include indoor & outdoor arena, stables, farm manager's home, paddocks galore. This is horse country.

What have you done lately??? - 10/29/07 07:22 PM
Never before has there been such a great need for consumers to have the benefit of a professional ally to help them with their most significant financial and emotional asset - their home. There is a burning need for guidance in this mixed market of positive economic factors - statistically full employment, historically low interest rates, ample housing inventory, and growing wages - but low consumer confidence.
What have you done to shine in this market?  What have you done recently to advocate for your client and wow them?

Is there Asbestos in Residential Homes? - 10/19/07 07:33 PM
Is there asbestos in the home you are planning on buying?  Does your home inspector suspect asbestos?  Asbestos was common insulator used around pipes, furnaces, and duct work.  Yes, asbestos has been found in residential single family housing as recently as last week in a New Jersey home.
Asbestos became well known by many when their states required all public schools remove asbestos from the buildings.  This era was circa 1989/1990.
Asbestos can also appear in residential homes, particulary homes built in the 1940's, 50's and 1960's.  Asbestos can cause lung cancer if it is breathed in.  It can be breathed in if … (0 comments)

Are you FOCUSED? Share your FOCUS - 10/18/07 11:18 PM
What is the purpose of your business? Profit?  Of course, no business can sustain itself without it but what is the deeper level that gets you juiced up about going to work each day.
What separates your company from the next one? Is it socially responsible or purely profit driven? Ben and Jerry's is a prime example of a socially conscience corporation.
We have a mission for our life and everything we do.  It should serve as a guiding light on how to conduct our actions.

Loquacious is the word of the DAY. Now SHUT UP Please - 10/10/07 06:02 AM

Loquacious is the word of the DAY.
It comes from the the Latin word loqui which means to speak
I guess that makes sense for the word ventriloquist when you make a dummy speak.
It is a common mistake for rookie real estate agents to to be loquacious and never stop talking.
Very often, the best sales strategy is for an agent to "shut-up" which dispels the myth of the born agent or natural because of their gift of gab or boisterism. (Is that a word?)
loquacious \loh-KWAY-shuhs\, adjective:1. Very talkative.2. Full of excessive talk; wordy.
In your opinion, when is it a good time … (9 comments)

Top 10 Songs Sellers are listening to. Presentation tips - 10/04/07 08:23 PM
What makes a great listing presentation?  What is going on in your sellers' head when you flip those colorful charts or click to the next slide on your laptop?
Remember, the sellers are listening to that popular radio station.....WIIFME (What's in it for me?)  This tune is playing constantly as you tell them how great you are.
Some of the songs playing on WIIFME are:
How does that get me more Money, (and you thought Money was a Pink Floyd song)
Rock on with the Results
How long?
Convenience,
Trust,
Believable,
Rapport  (no, this one is not a rap song)
