&lt;p&gt;How does this compare to the closed and sold prices in Freehold Township NJ for single family homes?&amp;nbsp; We will look at that momentarily.&amp;nbsp; First, I want to point out the consistency in the amount of the units.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;YTD in 2008 as of 8/31/2008 is 135 single family homes sold&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Same YTD stats in 2007 is 136 single family homes sold for the same time period.&amp;nbsp; This is amazingly &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;consistent&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The Freehold market sold one less house than in did so far for the first 8 months of the year.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The amount of activity is stable by those numbers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The average closed price in Freehold Township YTD through 8/31/2008 $&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;551,773&amp;nbsp; This is $46,773 higher!!! than 2007!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This represents a&lt;strong&gt; 9.2% increase&lt;/strong&gt; for single family homes.&amp;nbsp; The sales values are &lt;strong&gt;9.2% higher&lt;/strong&gt; thus far than they were in the first 8 months of 2007.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Addded value to clients with DNA as seen on Active Rain???</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Allow me to ask, has anyone successfully added value added products or service to their existing clients and had it serve as an income stream rather than just future referrals from the happy client???&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A medical doctor in my town turned me on to personal nutrition based on ones personal DNA.&amp;nbsp; That same week I saw the same company with an ad here in Active Rain and my research began.&lt;img title="DNA" src="http://activerain.com/image_store/uploads/7/1/7/2/0/ar121900236602717.gif" height="191" alt="DNA " width="368"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My question is do you believe this will add value to your clients or will they be disenchanted to see that it generates revenue?&amp;nbsp; Companies need revenue to stay in business.&lt;/p&gt;

This is what a ride down a country lane in the suburbs of New Jersey looks like on a February day during a snow flurry.  Six days later, the weather was sunny and sixtynine degrees.
God bless New Jersey's weather.  Cold in the winter with plenty of nice spring like days thrown in and hot and humid in the summer.
Most of the homes in Colts Neck come equipped with central air for those July and August days.
You will notice a Farm Preservation sign on one of the farms on  the right hand side. We have close to 20 farms in Colts Neck that have been preserved.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Craig's list is an excellent resource.&amp;nbsp; We have much success with it and we market all of our listings on the site.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are however predators that are out for an easy buck.&amp;nbsp; As an owner of a CENTURY21 franchise, I received the following email today from the CEO of CENTURY21:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;We recently learned that the CENTURY 21 brand name has been used in a consumer scam on Craig's List in the United Kingdom to dupe consumers into sending money for property rentals in the United States or the UK. Essentially, the scam involves a person who claims to own a rental property and requires the prospect to send a deposit to a bogus CENTURY 21 representative from whom they can pick up the property keys to inspect the location. We received calls and emails from consumers regarding the scam and have confirmed that it is a scheme being used through property listings on the Craig's List web site.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; We are currently investigating the matter to determine where the scam originated and what the impact has been. Craig's List has also been notified of this issue and we hope that it will be able to address the matter on its site as well. In the meantime, if you hear from a consumer questioning the use of a CENTURY 21 office as an escrow agent for property rentals or questioning a Craig's List posting, please advise the consumer not to send any money and to file a complaint with Craig's List at &lt;a href="mailto:abuse@craigslist.org" target="_blank"&gt;abuse@craigslist.org&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Thank you for your attention to this matter.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; &lt;table cellspacing="0" border="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%"&gt; &lt;tbody&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;The house was rocking. Well if it was a house it would have rocked but it was the storefront of Rosalia's, the Italian grocery store in Colts Neck.
