freehold comparables: Freehold Township Average Sales Prices on Sold Homes in Freehold, NJ 07728 - 09/02/08 08:05 PM
How does this compare to the closed and sold prices in Freehold Township NJ for single family homes?  We will look at that momentarily.  First, I want to point out the consistency in the amount of the units.
YTD in 2008 as of 8/31/2008 is 135 single family homes sold
Same YTD stats in 2007 is 136 single family homes sold for the same time period.  This is amazingly consistent.  The Freehold market sold one less house than in did so far for the first 8 months of the year.
The amount of activity is stable by those numbers.
