The St. Louis Association of Realtors recently released home sale stats for 2012.  These statistics are a summary of the homes sold in St. Louis County and City, and were compiled to present information to the media and the National Association of Realtors.

While the number of homes sold in 2012 were down from both 2009 and 2010, the stats show the number of homes sold compared to 2010 increased every month since June.  Great news!
