Thanks Tina Maraj Shah from RE/MAX for Helping Me Sell My Home in Fullerton. I - 05/20/08 09:58 AM
Hello Fullerton Homeowners, I feel that an individual can promote themselves many ways. When a new home seller or homebuyer of mine takes the time out of their hetic life including moving and setteling into their new home, to write me an endorsement letter, I feel that it is valuable enough information to share with you. To future home sellers or buyers considering working with Tina Maraj Shah or RE/MAX North Orange County. To be honest, I was hesitate to sign with a ReMax agent because of a previous bad experience. I rarely saw or heard from that agent after signing the contract, (1 comments)
Thank You Tina Maraj Shah from RE/MAX for helping me purchase my first home. II - 05/20/08 09:28 AM
I would strongly recommend using the services provided by real estate agent Tina Maraj Shah of Remax North Orange County in Fullerton. She is patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and driven to make her clients happy. With Tina's help, my wife and I recently purchased a new home in Orange County after shopping around for almost a year. We initiated contact with Tina after discovering an ad for a property in her local area. It was obvious from the initial communication that Tina was a serious and dedicated professional. Although she was not available to show the home immediately, she arranged for her (1 comments)
Thank You Tina Maraj Shah from RE/MAX for helping me purchase my first home. I - 05/13/08 05:10 PM
Thanks to Tina from RE/MAX North Orange County, I was able to purchase my first home. I was referred to Tina Maraj Shah, from RE/MAX North Orange County, by another happy home buyer/co-worker of mine who also bought and sold homes with Tina. Prior to working with Tina I experienced a lot of dismay and frustration due to misinformation about the market. During my search for a home, I worked with other Realtors from a few of the major agencies including Zip Realty and Century Action 21. I had difficulites with the other the other agents. Tina represents the professional side of a great realtor (3 comments)

What's All This Talk About Foreclosures and Short Sales? - 05/09/08 07:19 PM
Orange County,California Hello friends, Today I wanted to talk about the "New Wave" of listings flooding our real estate market, Foreclosures and Short Sales. Currently "Short Sale Listings" make up about 30% of listings the properties available for sale in the North Orange County area. Foreclosures/ Bank Owned homes make up about another 30% and the balance of the listings are "traditional" sales.
Since the market values in our area have changed so drastically over the past year, many homeowners have found themselves "upside down" in their home loans. Some folks obtained sub-prime rate loans that were 1) 100% financing and (1 comments)
Is A Death in a Home A Deal Breaker? - 05/07/08 09:49 AM
I have a new listing coming up in Orange County where the previous owner passed away in the home. It was a peaceful passing that was actually planned to take place in the home surrounded by his loved ones instead of at a hospital. I know the disclosure laws and we will be disclosing the death since it has taken place recently. My question to you as agents is...what is your experience with your buyers of homes where a death has taken place? I know that most of the Asian and East Indian cultures do not like to by a home (15 comments)

Fullerton Short Sales Can Be Good Deals with the Right Agent! - 05/03/08 12:39 PM
Fullerton, California real estate always sells. Even in a tougher market there are home buyers moving into Fulerton. At this time approximately 30 % of the home avaliable for sale in Fullerton are "Short Sales". These are homes where the seller owes more than what he can sell and close escrow for including his closing costs. Often times these homeowners are also in foreclosure. These homes are usually noted by having unusually low listing prices for the neighborhoods. It can be a bit confusing to a home buyer and even a bit decieving. It can also be a complete waste of a buyers (2 comments)

This question has been asked of me by many people lately, especially home sellers. The answer is I really don't know what will happen to the future of our North Orange County Real Estate Home Prices. I do know that there are more home buyers in the market. I have just closed 2 escrows with 2 first time home buyers, I have one more in escrow and I am currently negotiating an offer for another! I am not trying to brag I am just stating the activity I am experiencing in my market area. It is May 1st and historically the housing market (4 comments)
