Have you been wanting to sell your home but are reluctant? Worrying that time is not right? Worrying thatyou will not get your price? Hearing your friends horror stories about having no equity? Now is the time to stop worrying and call your local real estate agent. North Orange County Homes are selling and at good prices! Yes there are Bank Repo listing out there but they are really no competition for you as an "equity seller". Many buyers can't use their FHA loans on Bank Repos listings. This fact alone is giving more value to an home seller that is willing to work with FHA (1 comments)
Saving The World Made Easier By Rubbermaid! - 05/23/09 12:09 PM
I recently read an article that focused on how wasteful it was to drink watter out of disposal plastic bottles. I did not think that is was such a big problem since they were recyclable. I drink a lot of water and I often found myself trying to re-use the disposable bottles just since I did feel guilty about just throwing them away. Yesterday I was at Costco and I noticed that they are now carrying a 9 pack of Rubbermaid Reusable Water bottles! I am on a pretty tight budget right now but I felt that purchasing these bottles will (3 comments)

A few weeks ago, I attending the ribbon cutting ceremony of Marty Burbank, Fullerton Attorney. As a Chamber Ambassador I try to support all new Fullerton Chamber businesses. I had previously met Marty at various Fullerton Chamber events in the past but did not really come to know him until I visited his office. I am pleased to say that he is a "very down to earth guy". Now in the Final Top 10 The front yard of Margaret Lawson's "Casita", in Fullerton California has been entered into the Roger's Garden California Friendly Garden Contest. The garden is based on California native plants that are water efficient and hopefully the design has curb appeal attractiveness. Eight of the ten semi-finalist will be selected by email votes between May 1 - 15. Federal Reserve Chairman says Economy is stabilizing! - 05/05/09 10:29 AM
This Morning, May 5, 2009, I halted the grinding of my coffee to listen to some actually positive news! The Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Mr. Ben Bernanke proclaiming that "We have all the tools we need to get this economy back on a growth track". Music to my ears! I grabbed the remote and began the news feed from the beginning and listened more attentively this time. Bernanke also commented on the housing market by saying that "home prices may stop falling in some areas" and that "interest rate will begin to climb".
