Looking for some Hot Rod Fun? Visit Downtown Fullerton for the  3rd annual Fullerton Car Show. The event will start at 8:00 AM on October 2nd, 2010 at the Fullerton Museum Plaza and continue until 4:00 PM.

I am in an escrow where I am representing the buyers. We are 9 days past the closing date. The sellers agent never disclosed to us that the sale was contingent on the sellers purcahse of a "short sale". We had an actual closing date. The seller's agent new my buyers had sold their home and needed to close in 30 days.

The Fullerton Market in Downtown Fullerton continues on Thursday evenings until Halloween. The market opens at 4:00  p.m. and the local music begins at 6:30 p.m.

How much disclosure is really required when a seller is asking a buyer to make a sale contingent on "The Seller's successful purchase and closing of replacement property"?  I am currently in a transaction representing the buyer. At the time of the counter offer, the listing agent requested that the sale be contingent on the Seller's successful purchase of replacement property.

Throughout the summer the real estate market in North Orange County has been hot!Multiple offer on properties listed below $400,000 has been the norm. We did experience  a little slow time after the tax rebates were over, (actually it was a great break for me), The buyers that remained int he market began getting calls from their lender that rates were dropping! All of a sudden buyers were actually qualifying for a higher purchase price!  
Yesterday Fox News announced that the Interest Rate for a 30 years fixed loan was 4.32%!

I don't know if you remember one of the old Bugs Bunny cartoons episodes where Buggs is testing Elmer for Rabbit-itis? Buggs disguises himself as a doctor, whacks, Elmer on the head with a mallet and then asks him is he is seeing "spots before his eyes"? Well this morning I was informed about the City of Fullerton's "All the Hearts for All the Kids" campaign and this cartoon came to mind!
