If you are one of the many people that would like to purchase a new home but is waiting for one reason or another you may want to change your mind. Yesterday, Monday May 20th Interest rates were higher than the previous Friday. For the first time is a while we are looking at rates at 4%.

This is a part of The Fullerton High School Baseball teams’ “Dining for Dollars Concert Series”. The fundraising show will take place at 2:00 on the outside patio. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some cool 80’s music and support The Fullerton High School Baseball Team. I am a huge Billy Idol Fan so I am getting a group of friends together to see the show. I have worked with many distressed home sellers over this timeframe.
