On Saturday March 9th the Billy Idol Tribute band “Really Idol” will be playing a Free, all Ages show at The Slidebar in Down town Fullerton. This is a part of The Fullerton High School Baseball teams’ “Dining for Dollars Concert Series”. The fundraising show will take place at 2:00 on the outside patio. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some cool 80’s music and support The Fullerton High School Baseball Team. I am a huge Billy Idol Fan so I am getting a group of friends together to see the show. The shakes will be sold though the month of March for $4.95. The Girl Scouts will receive $1 for every shake sold. What a wonderful way to support scouting and give a new spin to cookie sales! Orange County Ca: It has been about 6 years now that short sales have become a major portion of the real estate market in Southern California. I have worked with many distressed home sellers over this timeframe. Some were holding on to their homes for fear that if they sold their home with a “short sale” payoff that they would not be able to purchase another home again. Well this is just not true. In 2012 I have already sold homes to my clients that I assisted that sold their home as a short sale.

Orange County home sales rose 18.4% in the last month compared to a year ago. In the city of Fullerton all zip codes have seen price increases. Median sale prices in 92835 zip code have risen 84%.
