The Disneyland Train is being displayed accoumpanied by official Disneyland Engineers. Thomas the Tank Engine is also in attendance. There is one of the largest model train displays that can be viewed for FREE. Donations a re happily accepted.  There are  I took my dog Max over this morning to get a peek early this morning.  The fun continues today May 4th until 5:00 and begins again tomorrow Sunday May 5th at 9:00 a.m.

The Orange County Resister published on the front page of it’s June 14th newspaper that home and condo sales volumes are up and the prices are up too! Their source, DataQuick  reported that last May was the busiest since 2006…which I know was crazy busy! I have experienced this with my buyers. Every buyer that I have put into escrow in the past 3 months has been in the first few days a property has been on the market. In almost all of the transactions there were multiple offers .

Fullerton Real Estate Inventory at an all time low. Each day I review the Multiple Listing's. I have been noticing a decline in total listings for sale. About a month ago I noticed that the total number of properties for sale in the city of Fullerton was just 204. I thought that was low and wrote a blog post.
This morning I looked and it the number of listings that are supposed to be "Active" were down to 184. The lowest priced property is a senior condo on Ford listed for $50,000. The highest priced property is a luxury home on Ladera Vista in the  Raymond … (0 comments)
