Well its been a cold weekend here in Wilmington!  At least today there was a touch of sun to warm our minds and remind us spring is out there and hopefully be upon us soon! There seems to be a little pep in the real estate market, maybe buyers are finally realizing that interest rates are going up and time to get the move on. Its been a bit chilly for sure, but we had a few warmer days to keep the light in our eyes, that surely spring cant be that far away. There has been alot of news about the abundance of foreclosures that are supposed to hit the market this year.  Will it hit this area? I imagine we will be seeing some of that but nevertheless thinking of the future turn if it has to happen let it happen and be swift so we can move forward.
