This year is shaping up to be one of the best years in Real Estate!  Shaped by the overpricing of homeowners and vigilant stand all the buyers took last year.  It's not unusual to see 5 houses for sale on one block here in Kings County (Brooklyn, New York).  Something is bound to pop.  Mortgage rates didn't go up, there's a huge inventory and no shortage of buyers.  Let's say one of the five home owners on that block lowers his/her price and sells their house first.  How about a buyer or two … (2 comments)

Ahh... The Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn..  You can't get any better than this!  Every morning the mayor of the block wishes me a good morning and asks me, "How many houses are you going to sell today, Luke?"  I answer "I met a nice senior citizen couple yesterday, they reminded me of you and your wife!"  He smiles as I'm off to work.  Next is a cup of coffee from the local grocery store.  A nice guy named "Jimmy" works there.  "When's your wife due?"  "March," I said as I grab my coffee regular and head out the door.  These simple … (6 comments)
