Just a word of advice from your Wrightsville Beach real estate expert -- keep your dogs leashed or risk huge fines! We all love taking Brutus out, and even I will admit to occasionally thinking about letting my pup run loose on the beach in the off season. I wish there was a simple answer to that question. It's one of the most frequently asked and hardest to answer.
So many factors come into play when selling your home: pricing, property condition, location, market conditions, the whims of Buyers. If I promised you I could sell your home in "X" number of days I'd either have a Buyer in my pocket, or I'd be pulling your leg.

I'm like just about everyone else. I care about the environment and I want to do my part to ensure that my grandchildren and great-grandchildren inherit a world as beautiful as the one I knew.

Pay it Forward on the road home.
I was Blessed to go home to Virginia to see my family for Christmas. My Mother was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Melanoma, so there is a very real chance this was her last Christmas with us and I am so glad I was able to be with her.
On the way home with my daughter and granddaughter we stopped at one of our "usual" places -- a truck stop on 95S just before the NC border. Don't ask me why we always stop there, it's just become a normal stop on the 7 … (23 comments)
