firing a seller: You can't fire me! You work for me!

You can't fire me! You work for me! Interesting conversation in the office the other day. One of our newer (new to the business) agents was grousing about a Seller she's working with. From the sounds of it, this Seller is running her ragged, undermining her and just plain not "getting it". The other agents were giving her tips on how to placate the Seller, make her happy.
