SUMMER IS COMING TO A CLOSE? IT'S STILL A GREAT TIME TO GET YOUR BEACH ON!! The kids may be going back to school, but the beach isn't closing! Here in Wrightsville Beach, NC and surrounding beaches the weather stays great for beach-going all the way in to October. And if you don't mind wearing a light sweater, November and December aren't too bad either! In fact, we spent last New Year's Eve fishing at Johnnie Mercer's Pier -- it was a little cold, but we had a great time! And I didn't have to wear heels!
