 The National Association of Realtors is not pleased with this new tax and hopes this information is forwarded to every voter prior to the election in November.  It doesn’t matter which side of the political fence you sit on - it will affect ALL of us.
When does your home become part of your health care?  After 2012!

Crazy as it may sound but month end is starting to excite me like it did back in the day.All the fervor of people shuffling around and operations trying to close out their books. The insanity of FHA Payoff's and the sense of urgency all around.
To many, it is a time of stress and headache, to me it is a sign of BLISS... 
For many of us who have been making it through the BUST, we went from madness, to no urgency, because there were not that many files.

Neighborhood, or Geographic Farming has been redifined by the USPS.

I am working on a new project for a national investor purchasing distressed properties in So Cal/Inland Empire. I will be putting together a team comprised of drivers, bidders, and some administrative/research staff.
 
Drivers will be independent contractors driving 20-30 properties per day at approximately $5 per house ($10 with interior photos).
 
Bidders will be full-time employee positions earning a salary plus benefits. Bidders will be required to have a Real Estate License.
 
Administrative/research staff will also be employees earning a salary plus benefits.

Yes they say Coffee is for Closers and we have a constant feed of it in my office.. We are here to help and are putting in the extra hours to make sure files close smoothly...
With the return of FHA Payoff's and the monthly goals we have picked up tremendously at Month End.

Have you heard of this? 
Some cities mostly in LA County are requiring presale inspections which are requiring all non-permitted structures and improvements be permitted.
This has been slowing down some sales, and costing banks, and homeowners alike  money to bring homes that were built years ago up to todays standards.
Many think that the this has been predicated by the cities desire to bolster revenue, and that may be partially true, however the biggest challenge is that it hinders an already challenged market.
Your Thoughts?
