Tax Lien Expert

Tax Lien and Tax Deed investing is now a far better investing strategy then a year ago based on the current market condition and the state of the economy. In 2008 the sales were attended by many investors and so far this year the number of investors in attendance have deminished probably due to the fear factor and those wanting to hold onto thier cash while the knowledgable investor leaps forward.
