Still okay to sell - buy now!!!

Wow, it is a crazy market!! We are still selling houses, it is the time to buy!! Your selection and rates may not both be as good as they are now.

If you are selling, be patient and price it appropriately. Do not give up hope if you are overmortaged or behind on your mortgage, call me for help!! Thanks!
