I am fairly new to the business. So I have been doing several BPO's. They have really been a great way to start and to learn. I am looking to do some more, so I am looking for some companies to get on board with. I have heard a lot of horror stories about agents doing the work and not getting paid. I would really like to avoid this. Can anyone tell me about some reputable companies that I can work with?

Customer Service has always been my strong suit. I have been in Sales for more than six years. I love it. I can't imagine going to work and punching a time clock and having no interaction with anyone outside my office door. I look forward to helping people everyday! I find nothing more rewarding than helping someone with a decision like buying a home. I think that if you treat someone right and listen to their needs when your dealings with them have concluded, instead of having a past client you will have a friendship that you can build on.
