Missing mom - 07/25/10 01:20 PM
I lost my mom this year to Brain Cancer & Lung Cancer.  It was very difficult to watch her slowly lose the battle over these horrible cancers. I think about her every day and am so thankful I was sitting by her side when she passed away telling her to go to Jesus, he was waiting on her.

I stepped out in FAITH in October of 2009 to start blogging on Active Rain. I knew nothing about posting blogs, tags, Localism and the online world I was entering. My number was 159,000 something. I signed on today and the number of Active Rainer's is over 187,000!!

I am trying to break into this market. I am doing BPO's & I have listed some REO's for a small bank last year.  I sold one of them but the gentleman I was working for was let go, so they gave the listings to someone else!
I need help in know where else to start. Do I go to the local small banks in my area with my resume?
 Are the big banks hard to get a foot in the door?  Any help or advice you can give me would be great!

According to the July issue of D Magazine , Sachse, Texas jumped from #34 to #14 as the most improved place to live in Dallas Suburbs !
That is quite a feat if you know this little town that everyone has trouble pronouncing. You know someone is not from this area if they say it wrong..... pronounced SAC-SEE!
Wylie was ranked #23 which was a a let down from recent rankings and Murphy was # 9 best place to live in the suburbs.

Short Sale:
Occurs when a lender agrees to take less money than they are owed.
Foreclosure:

An hour later...
Tenant: Can I pay my rent in half's?
