In past videos I talked a little about the difference between a Page and a Group, my recommendation was to start a Page but for this experiment I would be creating a Group. Well we’ve done that, but before the Group gets to big, let’s switch it to a Page so we can focus on promotion and apps.

Do you ever wish you could tell someone your Facebook address?
Sure you tell people, "Find me on Facebook" or "Look me up on Facebook", but it would be nice to tell them how to get straight to your profile or your fan page.
Facebook held off introducing vanity urls for a long time and finally relented.
Don't know what a vanity url is?  Well it looks like this:

Folks, there's a change a com'in! I smell it on the on the wind and it's not last nights fish. It's a change in how people search and find information. Sure people are still using Google, Bing and Yahoo to find stuff, but that's starting to change. People are letting the news find them. I mentioned in a previous (How Online Video Is Discovered And Other Musings), that with online video 55% of content is found not by searching for it but referred by the social network.

Many agents have groups of clients and leads which need to be contacted at a regular basis.
You may want to update your best clients on new market conditions, customer appreciation events, or even free give aways from time to time.
You may have a list of leads, which you sent listing updates to.
In any case, Gmail has the ability to create multiple lists and the ability to have a contact belong to multiple lists at a time. The below video shows how it is done!

Ignoring social media is like missing the most important networking event in your community of the century! Anybody who's anybody is there, but you.
15 years ago there was this thing called the internet. You know just a fad passing through. Those that embraced it then now have a great web presence, and picked up an extra 50 grand per year in deals over the agent that thought it was a waste of time.
