Buyer contacts a realtor to make a cash offer on a property.  They are willing to pay list price or close to it.  A large amount of Earnest Money.  They send a Cashier's check, the deal gets cancelled and they request their money back.  Meanwhile the Cashier's check is Fraudulent and no funds were ever there. 
 
Insist on a wire transfer.
Check signature on contract.  We normally don't see Electronic Signatures
An Addendum - If it didn't close by DATE the buyer would forfeit his deposit......Really, $50,000.00

The other day I went to my own site (http://AreWeConnected.com) using the Google Chrome Browser.  The page would load and just as it finished loading it would switch to Google.  Curious, I tried it on Firefox, and Safari, and Internet Explorer and a few others.  It was only Chrome and only my site.
I mentioned this on Facebook and one of my friends (Mark Elster of http://eye580.com/) suggested I remove the iframe after the tag.

Are you a knitter?  Interested in helping our troops?  Here are instructions to knit a helmet liner!
 
Knitting Instructions for Wool Helmet Liners for Soldiers
Materials:
Cascade 220 or any soft wool yarn that will knit to gauge. Approx. 175 yards (5 hanks of 220 will make 6 hats).
Colors allowed by the military are black, charcoal, brown, tan, gray or combinations of these colors.
Size 8 - 16" circular needle, or size to get gauge, same size double point needles, and Size 6 - 16" circular needles for the ribbings.
One stitch marker.
Gauge: 4.5 st/in. in st st.
