Just a traffic chart of a recent listing in the $800's of one of my listings.  Though this data will change each week, I thought you might think how interesting it is to see the power of social media such as Facebook sites and Active Rain, compared to other normal marketing medium.  I post this as I see negative posts on posting listings on Active Rain or Facebook.  We have one prospect (not my personal sphere!) that saw this home on one of the sites, went to see the home 2 days later and is inches from making an offer after seeing … (2 comments)
