2011 Sales start off with a huge bang in Austin - 02/04/11 07:39 PM
2011 starts off with a HUGE bang!
 As forecast in last month’s report, closings in the River North area (Four Points) increased dramatically from last January whereas inventory hits 15 year lows in Steiner Ranch and River Place.  This trend is turning into a movement toward a normal market. 
Bear in mind, price reductions have greatly helped create such low inventories, but we are now in a situation where we may likely have inventory shortages this year with the continued improvement in demand. I am extremely optimistic about 2011 being a very good year and 2012 being a great year.
