Another day has gone by and business is going well in our area. Our broker, Mickie, just listed a plat on Mukilteo Boulevard and she has been getting sign calls all day. It is a great plug for our companies because we are the new guy/girl competing for clients against all the big companies.
They are the competition, they have weaknesses, I am attacking those weaknesses. If a company stays stagnate and does adapt to change they end up fading away. So the question an agent has to ask themself is "am I stagnate in my business? Do I do the same … (0 comments)

Inviting others is not as easy as I once thought it may be. Since I have started I have invited our office and a few friends that know in the real estate industry. So far only my mom has signed up, Thanks Mom, You Rock!! Maybe I can get my brother to sign up as well. It helps that family work in the same office :) but sometimes it is hard to get are other agents involved.
My mom came over tonight and we were talking about ActiveRain being a great place to grow our real estate presence in the community. So … (1 comments)

To create a guest book is very easy to do and I will attempt to share how I have created mine.
Create a blog and title it "Guest Book"Write a blog entry with what ever message you wish to display. It is good to say something like "sign my guest book" or "since you were here might as well leave a message". I have seen them set up differently with all types of intro messages.Add "guest book" in the Tags field to make it easy to find in a minute.Set visibility to Public (important...will be discussed in another blog).I don't check the boxes in … (5 comments)

Social networking sites have been growing in popularity since the dawn of MySpace and now businesses are finding it a great avenue to promote their business. The Active Rain network is no different and that is reason I signed up as soon as I found out.
I started blogging over a year ago on my first social network site using MSN Spaces platform. My site, Goingbigger, has been doing steady search engine traffic and it has been featured on FOX Sports homepage as a Seahawk - Road to the Superbowl blog.
