Top Spammer Arrested in Seattle - 05/31/07 01:06 PM
In a article in MSNBC, Robert Alan Soloway, Top 10 Spammer, was arrested on Wednesday in Seattle for alleging using zombie computers to send mass emails. In years past, Microsoft and a small ISP won indictments on Soloway for the same practice but now it is a whole new ball game. With him facing jail time and away from a computer internet users should notice a dramatic decrease in the amount of SPAM we are receiving.

Lately I haven't had a whole lot of new local content to post about due to other work factors keeping me busy. Here at Barnett Associates Real Estate we have new construction plats from the Hauck Homes, LLC as one more builder, hopefully (negotations are still taking place), and many agents working all across Snohomish County.
Now that summer is coming the market is really picking up a head of steam which makes getting into work at the crack of dawn ever more important. There are many projects scheduled for the coming months and hopefully I can get everything done in a timely manner. … (1 comments)

Thank you to everyone that has beared with us through the outage and continue to use our website to search for Snohomish County real estate. As far as I can tell every webpage is running, all forms work and our email systems is fully functional.
Now that the site is stable new information will again be added starting tomorrow morning. Some of the information is 2 new listings pages and some homepage updates. I am looking forward to getting back in the swing and gain more information for everyone searching for Snohomish County real estate.

Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC's website www.BarnettAssociates.net is experiencing difficulting with its servers and for the time being the website is down or is running for brief periods of time. The outage is also effecting emails which are being returned to sender.
I apologize for any inconvience this is causing to your real estate search. As soon as the website comes online an announcement will be made here on Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC's blog. Localism Image Upload - 05/22/07 01:02 PM
For the past two weeks or so I have been trying to upload images to Localism with no luck. My photo library has grown to include Arizona (spent a week there), Grand Canyon post and Meteor Crater post, and Las Vegas, see post, and I would like to including these images along with my neighborhood pictures. But every time I go to upload my images are show up as a text box with a red x. I know that Localism is having some issues right that AR is working out but I am wondering if this is just a localized, no pun intended, … (3 comments)

Thursday I was heading down to Las Vegas so I decided to contact Charles Richey from Las Vegas Real Estate to see if he wanted to have lunch. To my surprise he was available and we met at the Excalibur hotel and then headed to the New York New York form some lunch.

Verda Ridge is a Marysville neighborhood off Evans Rd (52nd ST NE) and continues on through 75th Ave NE. It is comprised of ramblers, two-stories and split level homes in a cult-de-sac style neighborhood. Being a really big neighborhood it offers buyers many choices through the different sections. There is also a neighborhood park, Verda Ridge Park, that has a basket ball and tennis court for the neighborhood kids and parents to get some exercise.

Eastwood Hills Division 2 is located just off 67th and 49th Street and near Eastwood Hills Division 1. It is a large neighborhood that streches through many streets and encompasses many different floors plans. Some highlights to Eastwood Hills Division 2 is the large lot sizes and the well maintained landscaping.
The neighborhood is gaining some years and resales are common which makes this an excellent starting location for first time buyers. Eastwood Hills Division 2 is also a great neighborhood for families as it has many cult-de-sacs and school age children.

I recieved an email from Matt this last week about an ActiveRain get together on June 2nd. After search the network I didn't come across any info, maybe because I've been pretty busy on other project to blog and engage.
After double checking the email there wasn't anymore information like time or location but if Matt or Caleb wanna fill us in on the location and time that would be sweetness!! Anyhoo gotta run and do some work :)

Today I was do something about who Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC likes to refer clients to when it comes to a home mortgage. The first person to cross my mind was the Chris Ward, an Everett home mortgage consultant for Mortgage Advisory Group on Colby.
As I sat in a class this morning one of the topics proceeded into predatory lending by the mortgage industry and I am happy to say that Chris Ward does nothing of the sorts. Through the years he has proven himself a reliable and trusted person from start to finish.

Eastwood Hills Division 1 - 05/01/07 06:38 PM
Eastwood Hills Division 1 boarders 67th and 50th PL NE in the South end of Marysville. In Mickie's early years in real estate she was the site agent on this neighborhood and sold most of the homes here. I can remember doing walk through on many of the homes but for the life of me I can't remember the layouts, those were the days long before digital cameras. Eastwood Hills Division 1 is a great starter neighborhood comprised of split levels, ramblers and two story homes.
