I Just Got Back In Town - 06/26/07 03:10 PM
I just got back in town on Sunday evening from my week in Hawaii. As I only did one post from there I thought it would be cool to link to my photo album incase anyone wanted to take a peek, Hawaiian Vacation 2007. I did just about everything that Oahu offered: 5 snorkle trips, 2 scuba trips, Pearl Harbor, 1 rock, 1 50' cliff jump, partying, a lou auh (sp), seen ever corner of the island as well as the middle. This post is coming to you LIVE from the beautiful Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Traveling has been plentiful since the beginning of May for Arizona where came the Grand Canyon post, Meteor Crater post and a Las Vegas shop-talk session with Charles Richey. Now the time is perfect to enjoy some sunshine and scuba diving in the Pacific with family.

Not celebrating blog milestones? - 06/14/07 03:20 PM
I was reading a friends 300 post on AR and it got me thinking how many have I done in 11 months. To my surprise this post 322. That is a lot of writing, tons of content (some good some bad) and a whole lot of time spent in front of a computer screeen. If all the posts on my other blogs were factored I wonder how many postings would that translate into, hmmm, probably close to 500 or so.

To make blogging work it takes a lot of work and with most of us having more than one blog where does one find the time. I recently looked over my blogging efforts on AR and noticed that posts are about half of what they were just a few months ago. August of 2006 was my largest month with almost 50 posts, 1.5 per day. Marysville Lot Sales 1st Quarter 2007 - 06/11/07 02:40 PM
Marysville is growing and growing and at the end of the 1st Quarter 2007 it recorded the second largest number of lots sales of all Snohomish County. It really demonstrates the interest in Marysville real estate and how much the city has developed over the years. Berrywoods PH. 1&2 was the largest lot sale in Marysville at 172 units and making it the largest single lot sale in Snohomish County.

Contrary to popular belief, Everett still has room to expand and lot sales are still happening, just smaller than the faster growing (room to expand) cities of Snohomish County.

Lakes Stevens Lot Sales 1st Quarter 2007 - 06/11/07 01:58 PM
Lakes Stevens had the highest number of lot sales in Snohomish County for the 1st Quarter of 2007. The biggest plat is Pasader Higheights Phase 2 with 89 lots. Lakes Stevens is one of Snohomish County's best living destination with Lake Stevens and the Cascade Mountains being so close as well as the high quality schools.

Arlington is still seeing development and new construction. In the 1st Quarter of 2007, Arlington's biggest lot sale was 10 but it in the near future it is expected to much larger as residential growth continues up the I-5 corridor.

Save on Gas with Links...What? - 06/10/07 12:21 PM
I was buzzing around my MSN Blog this morning and something popped into my head which hasn't been thought of in a long time, the save on gas link. That is right, a link that will show you the cheapest gas prices in a zip code. I used to use it quite often and one day started to forget and the rest is history.

Something big in the works - 06/06/07 12:02 PM
Part of what has been keeping me away from AR is new project I've been working on for Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC. It is taking a lot of my time, days and evenings, but it is coming along so nicely and it is expected to increase our lead generation by 20%. It will exciting if we get those figures and all my REALTORS will be happy as well. So it is back to the grind for me so I can get this project done by the time I leave for Hawaii.

Top Spots in WA - 06/04/07 01:31 PM
This last weekend I got to meet ARDELL, Rich and Mark for the first time, well in person that is. ARDELL had to point out that she is coming up close to knocking me off the 3rd spot as she climbs to the top of the WA list. No worries because I'm not in this for the points and many people are probably tired of seeing my ugly mug on the top of list anyways.
