I have been trying to think of some topics to blog about but right now it seems that writers block is all I keep getting. Hopefully I haven't exhausted all my brain power in the early stages of blogging and have nothing else to say, please say it isn't so.

Gosh it seems that new projects are flying in from every direction around here these past few months. In May it was the start for the new real estate blogsite and now it is three new construction plats in Snohomish County.
The first one is Pacific Mountain Ridge in the city of Lake Stevens. Being built by Haack Brothers Homes it encompasses the attributes that sets their construction apart. Consisting of 4 lots with Colonial interior design and a durable outside finishes, these 4 homes will go quickly as they boast views of the Cascade Mountain Range.

In a quest to futher refine and grow Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC's internet presence I found moving to a higher quality system that leads will be more prosperous. In a recent post, We Are Live, it was announced that our new real estate blogsite was up and running.
Like many bloggers here on ActiveRain as well stand alone blogs, clients leave comments and ask questions. But now that all the offices listings, rentals and new construction are all written in a blog format clients can now ask questions directly. This lends itself to many advantages than just "hooray for having comments".

Back at the beginning of June I set out to purchase my first condo. Renting became a pain and the thought of not earning any return on money going out the door each month was killing me. So I made the adventure to start researching mortgage oppotunities and worked with our preferre Everett loan representative. To keep some privacy I'll just say that it wasn't going to work for me.

Lot Sales, 2nd Quarter 07 - 07/13/07 10:32 PM
Lot sales are in for Snohomish County and numbers are still strong in most cities. Everett and Granite Falls had the least amount of sales with one each. The city with the highest number of lot sales was Lake Stevens with 251 and Marysville shortly behind 187 lots sold.

In previous posts I've eluded to a project that has been taking my time and that project is finally live. Back in May I started constructing our new real estate blogsite which has been fully rewritten, a new IDX implemented and a host of other attributes. There has been recent chat about the value of MySpace and its link value on Ken's old post, Squidoo talk again (members only). The topic of MySpace and links goes back farther to a post by Brian on using MySpace for real estate lead generation, MySpace to Market Real Estate?, and a new one, MySpace: Using ut effectively for real estate and mortgages for marketing.

The project I've been working on has me doing a lot of primary research about Snohomish County. Through the research there have been a few cool sites to pop up and luck would have it some are blogs. Ooo, peachy, i can leave comments and connect with people in the community as well and get some insight. One of the sites is Design Stanwood which is a blog on the new development projects to be started.
