Mind block - 07/25/07 02:26 PM
I have been trying to think of some topics to blog about but right now it seems that writers block is all I keep getting. Hopefully I haven't exhausted all my brain power in the early stages of blogging and have nothing else to say, please say it isn't so. As a way to help me I am just writing this one completely off the cuff in hopes to spark a thought or an idea where the creativity and topical information flows the Nile. The mental block could be caused by the fact that I am writing a lot more than in (6 comments)

Are you getting what you intended to get? - 07/23/07 03:46 PM
In a quest to futher refine and grow Barnett Associates Real Estate, LLC's internet presence I found moving to a higher quality system that leads will be more prosperous. In a recent post, We Are Live, it was announced that our new real estate blogsite was up and running. Like many bloggers here on ActiveRain as well stand alone blogs, clients leave comments and ask questions. But now that all the offices listings, rentals and new construction are all written in a blog format clients can now ask questions directly. This lends itself to many advantages than just "hooray for having comments". One: Creating (3 comments)
Moving, not matter what way you look at it, it just sucks - 07/15/07 01:00 PM
Back at the beginning of June I set out to purchase my first condo. Renting became a pain and the thought of not earning any return on money going out the door each month was killing me. So I made the adventure to start researching mortgage oppotunities and worked with our preferre Everett loan representative. To keep some privacy I'll just say that it wasn't going to work for me. So I gave my notice on my apartment, which was situated on 85th in downtown Kirkland 6 blocks from Lake Washington, and moved back to Marysville. I was in Kirkland for almost (14 comments)

I am so happy to see the site live that is makes this geek want to party. If you have some time stop and drop a comment on the latest blog entry. Cheers! I want to send a special thanks to Jim Messenger at FamousAgents.com for doing my new real estate blogsite. Jim has been awesome (15 comments)
MySpace and Links - 07/05/07 10:56 PM
There has been recent chat about the value of MySpace and its link value on Ken's old post, Squidoo talk again (members only). The topic of MySpace and links goes back farther to a post by Brian on using MySpace for real estate lead generation, MySpace to Market Real Estate?, and a new one, MySpace: Using ut effectively for real estate and mortgages for marketing. Tonight I was breezing through one of my profiles looking at ways to restructure for more effective usage, in essence, cleaning up the junk, and I found that the links going to outside websites are being masked (8 comments)
Finding local blogs - 07/02/07 03:24 PM
The project I've been working on has me doing a lot of primary research about Snohomish County. Through the research there have been a few cool sites to pop up and luck would have it some are blogs. Ooo, peachy, i can leave comments and connect with people in the community as well and get some insight. One of the sites is Design Stanwood which is a blog on the new development projects to be started. The blog is very new and underdeveloped but hopefully over some time it will develop into a really good one. Here is a short list of some local blogs that (2 comments)
