Simple, fix problems before they become nightmares. Every homeowner, buyer and/or seller at one time or another has had to face a home inspection. The wide range of defects that can be uncovered during a home inspection can be a major deal breaker. Buyers are looking for homes that do not require a full remodel after closing. They are looking for homes that have been well maintained and are worth the money being spent on it especially in the current economical times.

As the summer heats up, it is an excellent time to get outside and visit some homes around Snohomish County. The list below contains all the open houses for the coming weekend, Friday July 18th through Sunday July 20th, in the $250,000 to $350,000 price range as of 7/15/2008 (more may be scheduled as the weekend gets closer). Lot Sale in Sno. Co. Washington 2nd Quarter 2008 - 07/10/08 02:24 PM
Yesterday I received the 2nd Quarter 2008 lots sales figures and to my surprise there was a 46% increase. That is not saying much though since lot sales increased to a meager 69 for all of Snohomish County from 47 in the first quarter.
The price in which a lot sells for is the most important factor when forecasting what a new construction home will sell for on that lot. If a developer gets into a piece of dirt for X amount of dollars and forecasts a selling price of Y but the current market will only bear Z it … (0 comments)
