Well yesterday was a perfect day to take off work and go catch the opening day of baseball season at Safeco Field. The Seattle Mariners spanked on the Oakland A's, HECK YEA, with a 3 run home run from Richie Sexson. It was so much fun to take the day off work, well I worked from home and made breakfast, and enjoy a lazy morning with the bright blue sky in downtown Kirkland. My friends and I are all hoping that the Seattle Mariners have a great season and by the looks of it seems they just may. GO MARINERS!!

This weekend's playoff game, Seattle vs Chicago, is going to be a rematch of an early season game where Chicago destroyed Seattle 37-6. Hopefully the game ends on a different note this time and Seattle can continue onto the NFC Championship game two years in a row.
I know many out there are not going to give Seattle a chance but that doesn't affect this fan one bit. Last week Seattle got a win against Dallas and all I have read is that it was luck that Seattle got a win and Dallas should have really won. But what isn't talked about … (9 comments)

Tomorrow, January 6, 2006, is a big day in Seattle because it marks the first game for the Seattle Seahawks in their march to the Superbowl. Today the Seattle Seahawks are playing away against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the final game of the regular season. The Seattle Seahawks need to get a win here to start building some momentum for the playoffs and to start getting back into the winning mind set that they have failed to be in for the last 3 games.

The Seattle Seahawks are hosting a Christmas Eve game against the San Diego Chargers at Quest Field in a decisive game. The Seattle Seahawks (8-6) need a win today to secure a playoff spot and the San Diego Chargers (12-2) need a win to clinch home field advantage in their playoff run.

If going to a Thursday Night Football game isn't a great excuse to get off work earlier I don't know what is. Tomorrow the Seattle Seahawks host the San Francisco 49ers in nationally televised game at Quest Field. This week the Seahawks continue to their road trip in Arizona. Coming off a big win against the Devenver Broncos last Sunday night they need to maintain pose and not get over inflated. The 5-3 Seattle Seahawks host the 4-4 St. Louis Rams in a NFC West Divisional showdown at Quest Field. Seattle is still missing their Probowl Quaterback, Matt Hasselbeck and MVP Running Back, Shaun Alexander but even without these to players the Hawks show they can still win. This Monday night the Seattle Seahawks host ex-divisional rivals, the Oakland Raiders. Quest Field will be off the chain and the excitement will be oozing from all the Hawk's fans viens. Well it is defininetly that day of the week again and I could hardly keep my cool. The Seattle Seahawks are taking to Quest Field to battle the Minnesota Vikings. The Hawks are 4-1 and leading the NFC West with a over-time win against the St Louis Rams.

Wow, what a game on Sunday. It looked as if the Seattle Seahawks were going to get their second consecutive road loss. In the first half the Hawks only managed to put 7 points points to the Ram's 21. Josh Brown double doinked a field goal from 34 yards and it seemed nothing could go right for us. The second haslf was a total different story with Hawks coming back to take the lead. Today I watched the Washington Huskies play USC in the colloseum. It was a great game al lthe way through. The DAWGS never let the Trojans get to far out from and stayed within striking distance. In the beginning of the second half the Dawgs came out of the locker room with an onside kick. What and onside kick to open the half? Yeppers, and we recovered. Well, last night the Seattle Seahawks were brutalized by the Chicago Bears 37-6. What the heck happened on the flight to the Windy City? Did the Hawks leave behind their smart playing and no penalty attitudes? Must have because that was a nasty game to watch if you're a Hawk fan. The clock on my computer says 10:16am on Sunday morning. The Hawk vs Bears game starts only 7 hours. Arg, the agony, and I must resort to watching the Chargers vs Ravens game.

It's a good day for some fottball in the Pacific Northwest. It is sunny and the air is clear, you could ask for a better day. Today the Hawks face off against the Gaints...it will be loud and it will be good. yesturday was a good day for the Washington Huskies. The Dawgs won 29-19 over UCLA. Sweet!

The Seattle Seahawks are facing last years most gruesome opponent the New York Giants. The game last year the Hawk Fans created 11 false starts, an all time NFL high. Now as the game approaches there is word that the Seattle Seahawk organization piped in false crowd noise to make the stadium louder. That is a bunch of garbage.
